2. Reservations

Reservations are made via phone or email.

A reservation is confirmed once:

• Dates of stay are agreed
• Total price is agreed

The accommodation provider reserves the right to decline booking requests.

3. Prices and Payment

• Prices are communicated during booking.
• Payment terms (advance payment or payment upon arrival) are agreed individually.
• All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: from 14:00
• Check-out: until 09:00

Alternative arrangements may be made upon prior agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking.

If cancellation occurs outside the agreed cancellation period, a fee may apply.
