About Us
A family house with five apartments in Rukavac, on the south side of the island of Vis.
Villa Perla is run by the Bendelja family. The house is at Rukavac Luka 27, a hundred metres from the sea, and has five apartments for two to six guests.
Guests can use the garden with lavender and olive trees, the covered konoba with a fireplace and barbecue, and a parking space next to the house. We are happy to recommend beaches, konobas and trips around the island.
The island of Vis
Vis is one of the most remote inhabited islands in Croatia. Until 1989 it was a military zone closed to foreign visitors, so mass tourism passed it by.
The island has two towns, Vis and Komiža, vineyards and olive groves, and many coves reached on foot or by boat. The best known is Stiniva, with a narrow entrance between high cliffs.
Vis produces vugava and plavac wines, and the konobas serve fresh fish, peka and Vis pogača.
Rukavac
Rukavac is a small village on the south coast of Vis, about 15 minutes by car from Vis town. Pine woods and small coves line the shore, and Srebrna beach is nearby.
The house is in a quiet part of the village, a hundred metres from the sea. There are several restaurants with Dalmatian cooking in and around Rukavac.
Five apartments
The apartments range from 20 to 66 m² and sleep two to six guests. Diamond has a sea view from its upper-floor terrace. Every apartment has:
- air conditioning
- a kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher
- a private terrace or balcony
- free Wi-Fi
- a free parking space next to the house
We are here for you during your stay, for tips on beaches, konobas and trips, or for anything else you need.
Getting here
You reach Vis from Split, by ferry (about 2 hours 20 minutes) or catamaran (about 1 hour 30 minutes). From Vis town it is about a 15-minute drive to Rukavac. At Rukavac Luka 27 (opens in new tab) you have a free parking space.
