Welcome to our family holiday home in Rukavac on the island of Vis.
We are a small family-run business that lovingly manages five apartments at Rukavac Luka 27, just 100 metres from the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. Our goal is not just to offer accommodation — but to provide a feeling of home, warmth and genuine Mediterranean hospitality.
As a family, we believe it is the details that make the difference. Every apartment has been carefully designed to give our guests comfort, peace and relaxation, whether you are visiting as a couple, a family or friends looking for an authentic Adriatic experience.
The Island of Vis
Vis is one of Croatia's most special islands. As the most remote inhabited island in the country, it has preserved its authenticity, untouched nature and a slower pace of life that is increasingly rare to find.
Crystal-clear seas, hidden coves, vineyards, olive groves and a rich history — from ancient Greek settlement to its military past — give Vis a unique character. The cove of Stiniva stands out in particular, frequently voted one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.
Vis is ideal for those who want to escape mass tourism and experience the real Mediterranean — through traditional konoba restaurants, fresh fish, local wines and sincere hospitality that here is more than just tradition.
Rukavac — A Peaceful Oasis on the South of the Island
Rukavac is a small, tranquil village on the southern side of the island, known for its stunning coves and turquoise sea. Here, days begin with the sound of crickets and the scent of pine trees, and end with unforgettable sunsets over the Adriatic.
Our house is just a few minutes' walk from the sea, in a quiet setting that offers privacy and complete relaxation. Nearby you will find well-known beaches such as Srebrna, as well as several excellent restaurants serving local Dalmatian specialities.

Within our property we offer five fully equipped apartments of various sizes, suited to couples, families and small groups. All apartments feature:

Getting Here
Split is the starting point for reaching Vis. The island is accessible by ferry (approximately 2 hours 20 minutes) or fast catamaran (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes). Once you arrive in Vis town, Rukavac is about a 15-minute drive. At Rukavac Luka 27 (opens in new tab) we provide free parking for all our guests.
