Booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% deposit to our bank account.
Once the deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation email.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
A cleaning fee of 50 € (Price on 10 Sep 2026: 50 €) applies.
The apartment is available from 14:00 on arrival day until 09:00 on departure day.
A surcharge of 5 €/day (Price on 10 Sep 2026: 5 €/day) applies for small pets.
