Villa Perla is just 100 meters from the nearest beach in Rukavac bay. The crystal-clear water and pebble beach are perfect for swimming and relaxation.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 09:00. Early arrival or late departure is possible with prior arrangement.
Is parking available?
Yes, free private parking is available for all guests. Parking spaces are located right next to the villa.
How do I get to Vis island?
Vis is accessible by ferry from Split (2h 20min) or catamaran (1h 30min). From Rukavac, Villa Perla is easy to reach by car — just 15 minutes from Vis town.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, all apartments have free high-speed WiFi. The signal covers the terraces as well for comfortable outdoor work.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at Villa Perla. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the apartment accordingly.
What's included in the price?
The price includes accommodation, bed linen, towels, WiFi, parking, air conditioning, and BBQ facilities. Final cleaning is charged separately.

The nearest shop is in Podstražje, just 2 km from Villa Perla, where you can pick up everyday essentials. For a bigger grocery run, head to Vis town (15 minutes by car), where you'll find supermarkets, bakeries, butcher shops, and a local farmers' market with fresh produce.
Can I bring my car to the island?
Yes, you can bring your car on the ferry from Split. The catamaran does not carry vehicles. We recommend bringing a car as public transport on the island is limited, and Villa Perla offers free private parking.
When is the best time to visit Vis?
Vis is beautiful year-round, but the best time for swimming and sunbathing is June through September. June and September offer pleasant temperatures without the crowds, while July and August are the most popular months. Spring is ideal for exploring nature and cycling.
Is Villa Perla suitable for families with children?
Yes, Villa Perla is ideal for families. The apartments are spacious (20–66 m²), fully equipped with kitchens, and the courtyard offers a safe play area. The beach in Rukavac has a gentle entry into the sea, perfect for children. We also offer a baby cot on request.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 nights. During peak season (July–August) the minimum stay is 5 nights. For shorter stays, please contact us — we'll do our best to find a solution.
How do I get from the airport to Villa Perla?
The nearest airport is Split (SPU). From the airport to Split ferry port it's about a 30-minute drive. After the ferry to Vis (2h 20min), Villa Perla is a 15-minute drive from Vis town.
Does Villa Perla have sea views?
Three of our apartments — Diamond, Coral, and Sapphire — offer sea views from their terraces. All apartments have their own private terrace for outdoor relaxation, and the beach is just 100 meters away.
